Most of the supplements I take, as well as the dosage, is based off of meeting with a naturopathic doctor. I HIGHLY recommend seeing one to at least get the basics of what might help you and what doses. Although health care is covered in my province, naturopathic doctors are not. When I was seeing mine previously my insurance through work covered the visits. My drug plan did not cover the supplements though. I feel that they are well worth it though. The other supplements that I take were recommended in the book It Starts with the Egg. I knew endo can cause egg quality issues but my recent blood work confirmed that this was definitely an issue I am having. I plan on changing things up in the future to use the better version of CoQ10 as well as try to find a vegan version. Here is what I'm currently taking: EstroSmart Plus - 1 capsule, twice a day FemEase - 3 capsules, one to three times daily starting two days before my period until after the most painful days (usually the first three days) Magnesium Bis-Glycinate - 1 capsule, once a day before bed Prenatal - 1 capsule, three times a day Advanced B Complex - 1 capsule, twice a day High Dose R-Lipoic Acid - 1 capsule, once a day Coenzyme Q10 - 1 capsule, three times a day So there are all the supplements I'm currently taking. I will update when I start to switch them to other products.
